Text Box: Gaven Industries’ Sn-ShieldTM Enclosures offer High Performance, the same ease of construction as our Soldered Copper R.F. Shielded Enclosures, enhanced magnetic shielding and at a more economical price. Panels are made of Tin Plated Low Carbon Steel sheet laminated to a fire rated substrate are installed directly onto the walls and ceiling of a parent room framed with non-combustible lumber. The Sn-ShieldTM panels overlap adjacent panels, and all seams are continuously soldered together forming an electrically seamless shield. Hundreds - or even thousands - of feet of seams will not electrically degrade over time because of corrosion or fatigue as mechanically clamped or fastened joints can. The panels are easily formed on the job site, and can be used for shielded enclosures of any shape or size. The construction of the floor varies and is based upon job requirements, but in all cases incorporates Sn-ShieldTM , again with all seams overlapped and soldered. Once completed, the Sn-ShieldTM Enclosure is mated with Gaven’s other custom manufactured shielded components to form a complete Shielded System, and the entire system, including windows and doors, carry a Lifetime Warranty as a standard on the performance of the shield. Normal wear items, such as door gaskets, and the air seals on Pneumatic Doors, are excluded.  Electrical filters are warranted by their respective manufacturer for a period of 1 year.
